Our group fitness program is the strongest in the area. We offer a wide variety of classes including but not limited to Spin, Step, Power Sculpt, La Blast, Yoga, and Pilates. With the recent addition of Les Mills to our program, we are offering Body Pump barbell classes, which shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Our certified group fitness instructors will lead you through fun, innovative, motivating, challenging workouts through the journey to your fitness goals. Our facility consists of three group training areas including a spin room, a group fitness room with a large variety of weights and strength training equipment and a TRX room for suspension training.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

This class is made up of 4 blocks of 15 minutes each. Each 15 minute block is a different activity ranging from cardio to weight training. Activities could include: Spin, Bootcamp Style, TRX, Interval Training and Core work. This class continually changes each week and is to ensure to give a challenging cardio and weight workout.

Just what the name says. 15 minutes of abdominal and core work. Great class to finish up after spin or a cardio workout.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Body Pump by Les Mills is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. The key to Body Pump is the “Rep Effect” which focuses on high repetition movements. Each participant will have their own set of weights to challenge themselves throughout the class. Get ready for a fun, high energy weight training class that challenges every muscle group.
A perfect combo of lower body and core exercises to give a complete workout for strength, endurance and flexibility.
Short on time? This is a 45 minute high energy cycling class sure to help you get that full hour class packed into just 45 minutes. Great music will make this class fly by! Bring a towel and water and lets get it done.
GRIT by Les Mills is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
A high intensity combination of cardio and weight training. In this class you will work hard for timed intervals of cardio and then transition to a weight training exercise. This class will definitely hit all the muscle groups.
LaBlast Fitness is the perfect blend of dance and fitness, accessible to anyone through its use of easy-to-follow interchangeable patterns instead of choreography. You will learn the true skill of dance (partner-free) while adding in the fitness benefits of weight and interval training. Each class covers several dance styles, including the Jive, Quickstep, Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Foxtrot, Tango, and many more. You’ll hear music from various genres, eras and artists, making the time fly by while you blast away calories.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. Creating long lean muscles while increasing strength, flexibility and balance is the key to this class.
This class focuses on total body weight training in a fun stress free environment. Blocks will focus on upper body, lower body and core training. Beginners to experienced, all are welcome. A wide variety of equipment is be used in this class to challenge every fitness level. Bring a towel, some water and come ready to sweat.

Total body strength training workout using a variety of equipment including weights, tubing, bands, bars and balls. Upper body, lower body and core muscles will be worked in this 60 minute powered class.

Come out and meet seniors in the area. Class will consist of low impact movements, light toning, chair yoga and stretching.
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises while listening to motivating music choreographed by each instructor. Spin is guaranteed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Sprint by Les Mills is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
A great fast-paced class that will make the hour fly by. Instructor choreographed moves are sequenced to create a fun filled Step pattern which is sure to get your heart pumping.
60 minute high energy class combining kickbox, boxing and core moves in Tabata style. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest and repeat. Come get your workout on.
A combination of ½ Spin and ½ Tabata training. Pedal hard to motivating music and then transition to the group fitness room for a ½ hour of full body Tabata Training.
A fun filled hour of cardio and weight training chosen by the trainer of the day. The instructor for this class rotates weekly. Activities can vary from bootcamp, spin, Tabata, Interval and Weight Training. Bring a towel and be ready to sweat. All Levels welcome.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Yoga: uses mindfulness to connect to the inner workings of the body. It is much about the body as it is the mind. We offer a comfortable, climate controlled environment to allow our yoga lovers to fully embrace their experience.
A combination class with utilizes the aspects of Yoga and Pilates to focus on core strength, flexibility with a mind body experience.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
