The Fitness Center offers a comprehensive range of user friendly cardiovascular and strength training equipment, which includes but are not limited to: treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, cross ramp trainers, stationary rowers and steppers. Our resistance training areas includes unilateral and multilateral cybex circuit equipment, life fitness selectorized machines, cybex cable crossover, smith machines, free weights, benches, squat racks, dumbbells and a host of functional equipment such as med, physio and bosu balls and TRX equipment. We offer a full spectrum of Group Fitness classes led by certified instructors. Classes include Spin, Cardio Classes, Interval Training, Weight Training, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and TRX. The new addition of Les Mills to our Group Fitness program offers live classes in Body Pump and a wide variety of Virtual Classes. Our friendly, certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors will assist you with our equipment and design a personal program to help meet your fitness goals.
