Fitness Programs Structured for a Balanced Routine
Sparta Athletic Campus offers the most comprehensive group fitness program in the area. Our certified group fitness instructors will lead you through fun, innovative, motivating and challenging workouts throughout the journey to your fitness goals. Our facility consists of four group training areas including a spin room, a group fitness room with a large variety of weights and strength training equipment, a rowing room and a TRX room for suspension training.
GROUP FITNESS Programs
Les Mills
Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LES MILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness. We offer a wide range of these classes throughout the week including Body Pump, Core and Tone.
Cycle
Our dedicated cycle room is home to NEW cycle bikes which include features such as POWER TRAINING, allowing coaching by color for a more comprehensive cycle workout. Our certified spin/cycle instructors run exciting and challenging classes throughout the week at our facility.
Mind & Body
The athletic club is home to our PILATES STUDIO, offering a premier mind & body fitness experience focused around the use of PILATES REFORMER machines. These machines are used in small group classes, led by Certified Pilates Reformer instructors. Additionally, we offer classes such as: Yoga and Stretch & Balance.
Strength
Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the lifting of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques which are incorporated in our group fitness classes such as Interval Training, Power Hour and Power Sculpt.
