Fitness Programs Structured for a Balanced Routine

Sparta Athletic Campus offers the most comprehensive group fitness program in the area. Our certified group fitness instructors will lead you through fun, innovative, motivating and challenging workouts throughout the journey to your fitness goals. Our facility consists of four group training areas including a spin room, a group fitness room with a large variety of weights and strength training equipment, a rowing room and a TRX room for suspension training.

GROUP FITNESS Programs

Les Mills

Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LES MILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness. We offer Les Mills Body Pump multiple times per week.

Cycle

Our dedicated cycle room is home to NEW cycle bikes which include features such as POWER TRAINING, allowing coaching by color for a more comprehensive cycle workout. Our certified spin/cycle instructors run exciting and challenging classes throughout the week at our facility.

Mind & Body

Our group fitness program includes numerous classes for a true mind & body fitness experience. We offer Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Stretch & Balance, Mat Pilates and Pilates Fusion. Our athletic campus features a Reformer Pilates Studio with 25+ weekly classes led be certified instructors. 

Strength

Strength training involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance through the use of weights and by incorporating a variety of training techniques which are incorporated in our group fitness classes such as Full Body Workout, Tabata, Butts & Guts and Sculpting.
