YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING

We are proud to offer this ongoing, comprehensive, educational and physically challenging training program tailored to benefit young athletes of any sport. Designed by our very own certified personal and group fitness trainers. Maureen Cina and Chris Houterman aim to teach and apply physical training techniques derived from a wide array of exercise practices to improve the young athlete’s speed, strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, agility, power and flexibility.

The program includes but is not limited to:

  • Cone and Ladder Drills
  • Spin
  • Tabata
  • TRX
  • Resistance Band Training
  • Olympic Lifting
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Calisthenics
  • Yoga
  • Plyometrics

High School Students:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:15-4:15pm
  • Saturday 12:00-1:00pm

Middle School Students

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm
  • Saturdays 1:15-2:15pm
