Live Stream Classes

Interval Training

Interval Training is a combination of high and low intensity cardiovascular and strength exercises designed to increase speed, strength, endurance and overall athletic performance and wellbeing.

Stretch and Balance

This class is for all levels of fitness- this is a challenging, alignment based stretch and mobility class with a strong focus on balance and posture. This is a great addition to your workout to help ease aches and pains.


A mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.


A workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Power Hour

Power Hour is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Power Sculpt

This class focuses on strength training using bands, weights, weighted bars, etc to “sculpt” your body via strength exercises.
