STUDENT ATHLETIC TRAINING
Sparta Athletic Campus is excited to offer an all-around athletic physical training program designed for athletes of any sport. Stay in season with our training program designed by certified personal trainers, which entails comprehensive and varied exercises used to improve and hone the athlete’s speed, agility, power, foot work, strength and cardio/conditioning. The program consists of two, one-hour long training sessions per week. Topics in the sessions include education on body mechanics and techniques of weight training, speed ladder drills, cone drills, plyometrics, yoga and stretching, running, lateral movement, directional changing and various sprints.
